What do I have to enter under hotel/search term?
You can enter the complete hotel name, a part of the name or another selection criteria - excepting facility criteria as you have to select them seperately.
I cannot find a certain hotel, what can I do?
Check if the ticked selection criteria really apply to this hotel. Tick as few selection criteria as possible. Check as well if the spelling of the hotel name is correct.
